The Mathews Museum welcomes the Bay Quilters Quilt Show Exhibit, opening Saturday, September 12 and remaining on view throughout September.
Presented by the Mathews Bay Quilters Guild, the exhibit celebrates the skill, creativity, and stories expressed through fabric art. Visitors will discover quilts that reflect a range of techniques, traditions, colors, and artistic styles.
Quilts are both useful objects and deeply personal works of art. Each one carries the choices and experiences of its maker while connecting generations through a craft that continues to evolve.
Visit the museum during regular hours throughout September to enjoy this special community exhibit.
